Day five was a good writing day but boy am I tired today. I even had to dust off the coffee maker hoping for a caffeine pick me up {I am not a big coffee drinker}. It feels like my brains juices are slugging through quick sand. Even this post is taking entirely too much effort so I am going to keep it short and sweet.
For today’s inspiration, I want you to head over to my friend Sarah’s blog, Lemon Shark. Her post this morning shows us how a small act of kindness can make a person’s day.
As for my NaNo update of day five:
Words written: 2843
Words total: 7107
Playlist: Kid Cudi, Haim, Cold War Kids, Arctic Monkeys,
Writing Worries: I am missing the person that I killed off and they have to stay dead or I don’t have a story premise.
Things accomplished while procrastinating: I went to the library and wandered the children’s section for much longer than needed looking for Thanksgiving books so that I know where to look in a few weeks to check them out easily… Then I went to the grocery store. Twice.
Wish me luck on day six because I think I am going to need it.
